Wire EDM Overview

- Rapid direct amps & volts are supplied between wire electrode and work piece.
- Simultaneously dielectric fluid, deionized water is supplied between them.
- Filling with deionized water with provision of enough voltage, discharging sparks are
   generated during the ionization process of dielectric fluid.
- Cutting is proceeded with melting and evaporation by discharging spark.
- Dielectric fluid get evaporated metal to be frozen to small chips through cooling and get
   chips eliminated from discharging area simultaneously. .
- Chips contained in Ionized water are eliminated through filter installed.
- Conductivity of fluid is controlled by Resin.
- Get dielectric fluid to go through cooler for temperature control and more precisional procedure.
